"agitation" versus protest....?

Without the protest where'd democracy be today? Or would you, rather, choose autocracy, dictatorship, fascism, etc. over democracy?

Monarchy, but with a certain parliament being best for the cause of the people. Not the one composed of the men visiting many places claiming of their self being the best and then driving the people like a flock just for own and own band of bandits.
